Tech enthusiasts descended on Berlin this week for the annual IFA trade show, where global brands show off what’s ahead for the world of consumer tech in Europe and beyond.
This year’s show had its share of noteworthy debuts. The Magic 2, for example, will be the first Honor smartphone to use the new Kirin 980 processor with a dedicated AI core, while Sony’s Xperia XZ3 gets an OLED display and side-mounted sensors. On the PC front, Dell showed off a premium Chromebook with a built-in stylus, while Asus impressed with the much-improved ScreenPad on its ZenBook Pro 14.
